This was, by far, the most disgusting and poorly maintained hotel I have ever seen. Do not let the online photos deceive you—they are completely fake, and the positive reviews must be paid or self-written.The conditions were completely unlivable: Room & Cleanliness: There was absolutely no dusting, broken doors, and pigeon droppings inside. The bedsheets were filthy and infested with bugs. Amenities: No pillow covers were provided, and they didn't even give us a blanket or sheet to cover ourselves. Bathroom: There was no running water in the washroom. The soap provided in the room was expired, and no towels were given.You would genuinely be much better off sleeping out in the open on the street than staying here. The location is terrible, and the management cares nothing about hygiene or guest comfort. Save your money and stay far away from this place!
1) We had to switch rooms twice. The initial room contained an empty liquor bottle, a toothbrush, leftover food foil on the bed, a foul odor like a decaying body, and a moldy bowl in the cupboard. There were also someone's leftover choplas in the room. Every time the bathroom faucet was turned on, fruit flies appeared. Additionally, there was no water pail provided in the room. On the second day, the power went out for 10 minutes without any explanation, and the bathroom taps lost water supply three times. 2) The service was very poor when we requested to change rooms. After seeing the room conditions, we had to insist strongly to get a new room, and they refused to offer any partial refund despite our experience.
