Rating: 1/5 starsIf I could give this place a zero or a negative rating, I would. This was hands-down the worst hotel experience of my life. I paid a premium price to book the most expensive room in the hotel (Room 606), expecting top-tier comfort. Instead, I was completely scammed, ripped off, and treated with utter disrespect.Here is exactly how they ruin your stay and steal your money:• The AC is a Joke: The air conditioning in Room 606 was practically dead. The hotel corridor was literally cooler than our suffocating room. When we demanded a fix, their pathetic "solution" was to throw a cheap floor fan into our room like a third-rate local lodge. We spent a completely sleepless, miserable night sweating in a premium-priced room.• Zero Amenities & Fake Promises: No functioning Wi-Fi, no smart TV, and absolutely nothing worked. They lie straight to your face on their listings and make fake promises just to get your money, knowing full well they have no intention of delivering.• Extremely Rude & Shameless Staff: The staff here is shockingly arrogant and disrespectful. They outright ignored our complaints, refused to listen, and treated us like we were the problem. They have zero hospitality manners and absolute entitlement.• Blatant Price Gouging: They are cheap enough to charge 70 for a standard 20 water bottle, yet they didn't have the decency to compensate a single rupee or offer a discount after completely ruining our night.There are so many more issues with this place that I can’t even find the words to describe how awful it was. Paying for Room 606 was a total waste of hard-earned money.Do not step foot in this hotel unless you want to be looted, insulted by rude staff, and forced to sleep in a hot, dysfunctional room. Management should be ashamed.
