I made a booking through Agoda for 6 adults and 1 child, covering 2 rooms. However, after the booking was confirmed, the final booking document generated by Agoda showed the reservation as being for only 2 adults for 2 rooms.Because of this discrepancy, when we arrived at the hotel, I was forced to pay an additional amount directly to the hotel for the remaining guests.This is extremely disappointing and unacceptable. I had clearly entered the correct number of guests while making the booking, and the booking confirmation should have reflected the same details.The discrepancy appears to have occurred from Agoda’s side, and I request that you investigate this matter immediately and provide a proper explanation. I also request reimbursement of the additional amount I was forced to pay at the hotel due to this booking discrepancy.

Other than location - support staff, food , cleanliness was found lacking. Hotel reception is on the second floor - no support to reach the reception- senior citizens/ normal staff with luggage will face difficulty.
