Club Mahindra Mussoorie

It was too overly prices ..we literally ended up paying 15k per day for three people.People were staying there for 6k Breakfast was same repeat with no service on table at all. By the time you take chowk the bhatura would take ages or will not come. Idli was very hard .fruits were limited. No balcony provided at all.Room was very small for family with extra bed sold for 5k We were given room 4b,just go and check not even on height. Very average view of kitchen smoke coming Ended up wasting around 20k minimum

One of the best properties in Mussoorie. Rooms are bigger than studio appartments, with balconies and dry kitchen as well. Food is great buffet has lots of options withnlive kitchen, has lift to go in upper levels but still lot of staircase to cover manually. It's on uphill, club Mahindra provide shuttle service to up and down to mall road, they also send drivers to take your car up and down from mall road if you are unable to drive uphill to hotel location. It has play area for kids but activities are paid, in evening they arrange group activities for all families.

Not senior citizen friendly at all. Club Mahindra before booking, which was done three months back did not tell us that they are over hundred steps towards the rooms. 2 and fro from the resort to the main mall Road is dependent on chargeable cabs. The amount of money they charge, it would have been great had we been one or two months prior that the place which we are wanting to visit is not senior citizen friendly. We got a call 12 hours before our departure telling us that the place you’re going tomorrow has got over hundred steps. That gave a very bad taste to the start of the vacation in itself.Even there are steps inside the room too. It’s definitely something which they should tell us about. The location is good, but the resort in itself is not self-sufficient. There is nothing to do inside. Apart from a breakfast, all there is nothing inside the resort to explore unlike other Club Mahindra locations.

Had a wonderful stay at Club Mahindra Resort! We were fortunate to get a great deal, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations.Everything was perfect’from the seamless pick-up and drop-off arrangements to the warm hospitality throughout our stay. A special thanks to the lady at the reception (I believe her name was Aarti or Anita) for being so welcoming and helpful. We were pleasantly surprised to be given one of the most spacious and amazing rooms, the kind typically reserved for Club Mahindra members. It truly made our stay extra special.Thank you to the entire team for your exceptional service and hospitality. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to visiting again

Had a wonderful stay at Club Mahindra Mussoorie. The hospitality was excellent, and the staff were exceptionally friendly, courteous, and always willing to help, making the experience truly memorable. The resort enjoys a beautiful location with scenic views and a peaceful atmosphere, perfect for a relaxing holiday. The only area that could be improved is the variety of food options in the restaurant, which felt somewhat limited during our stay. The approach road to the resort is quite narrow and winding, definitely putting your driving skills to the test, especially for first-time visitors. However, once you arrive, the overall experience more than compensates for the challenging drive. A worthwhile holiday destination for families and nature lovers looking to enjoy the charm of Mussoorie.
