Our time at Club Mahindra Patkote was truly memorable thanks to the amazing staff who looked after us throughout our stay. A heartfelt thanks to Sanjay, Manoj, Vipasha, Kishan, Mahender, Kiran, Nitin, and Sonika. Each of them went the extra mile to ensure we felt comfortable, happy, and well cared for. I traveled with my mother, and what touched me deeply was the sincere warmth and cheerful attitude with which everyone attended to us. From the start of our day, every request was greeted with a smile. Whether it was the morning tea prepared exactly how we liked it or the delicious meals made just because we asked, the team made us feel truly valued. To all the wonderful people I met during our stay — thank you for making our experience at Patkote so warm, unforgettable, and special. You are truly the heart of this place.

The hotel is situated in a stunning spot where you can see mountains covered with clouds right from your room, and the scenery changes every 10 minutes during the monsoon season. The staff are excellent, and the food tastes great. It's about an hour from Ramnagar, though the last 100 meters of the road are in poor condition. We stayed there in the last week of July.

Everything was perfect. Except the dining experience, which was okayish.

Had a very pleasant experience. At the restaurant Govind, Pradeep, Kishan ji, and Arjun were especially welcoming and warm. At the spa, Susheel and Sandeep stood out, and Bhavna at the reception was also very friendly.
