Every corner offers a serene atmosphere, complemented by the soothing sounds of the river.The spa experience was equally exceptional. The ambiance was calm and relaxing, and the therapists were highly skilled, making it the perfect way to unwind and recharge during our stay.The biggest highlight, however, was the food. Every meal was absolutely delicious, with an impressive variety of dishes that catered to guests of all ages. The freshness, quality, and flavors were outstanding, making every dining experience memorable.With its tranquil natural setting, excellent spa, warm hospitality, and outstanding cuisine, Tarangi Resort & Spa is an ideal destination for anyone looking to relax and reconnect with nature. I would highly recommend it and look forward to visiting again.

1 Star ’One of the worst resort experiences I've ever had. This property is completely overpriced and not worth the money.The service was extremely poor. Every time we needed something, we had to call 5’6 times, and even then no one would come on time. The staff response was very slow, which completely ruined our vacation.The rooms are very small and look nothing like the pictures shown online. The entire property feels poorly maintained.The swimming pools were dirty and not maintained at all. The reality is far from what is advertised in the photos.For the amount they charge, I expected much better hospitality and facilities. Unfortunately, everything’from the rooms to the service’was disappointing.I would not recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation. Save your money and book somewhere else.

If I could, I would rate the service -5. The staff’s attitude is this weird combination of incompetence armed with lack of basic common sense and the manager seems to be encouraging the same.The room we were assigned was not cleaned properly. There was toothpaste and water bottles from previous guests in the washroom. The cleanliness situation did not improve even after the room was cleaned. We asked for extra bed sheet and pillow for the sofa bed and both came with blood on it.The staff needs multiple reminders and follow ups to provide basic things like water bottles and towels. The water in the washroom comes and goes and I received assistance regarding the same after 3 hours of initial complaint.Our room, and other non-smoking room were overlooking this area near the parking that they use to burn trash and fallen branches, dried leaves etc. Our room smelled of smoke the whole day and our complaints were met with standard answer of ’we are looking into the issue’ . Ironically, the non-smoking room has this big pamphlet that says if someone smokes in these room, extra cleaning fees will be charged so I am not sure how many guests were fleeced with this ’extra cleaning fees’ after the property itself smoked out these roomsThe manager is lost and has no interest in resolving any issues even when the staff is making stupid mistakes like asking guests to wait for the rain to stop before they can provide umbrellas.The children’s play area and rec room were filthy the 3 nights we stayed there. Again , no action even when we mentioned the same to the reception.The property is beautiful but the incompetency of the staff and the poor quality of the service provided, absolutely ruined our holiday.Please do not book this resort unless you want to spend the better part of your holiday on the phone with the staff trying to get basic things done

Good location, but over priced considering the rooms and infrastructure, buffe food was not good.
