Our initial booking was made to corbet inn but they automatically switched thier other sister property Zana and they even didn’t informed us!!
I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with our recent stay at Tarika Resort by Country Inn Group on September 13th and 14th. We chose this resort because of the Country Inn name, expecting a comfortable family stay based on that reputation. Sadly, our experience was far from what we anticipated. While the resort's design is attractive and promising, the upkeep, cleanliness, essential amenities, and overall management were very disappointing. The access road to the resort was in terrible shape, making for a poor first impression. Our assigned cottage was unacceptable, with dirty cushions and sofa. The bathroom was unclean, with dust and dirt in corners, and there was no hot water, which is a basic necessity, especially for a premium stay. The television did not work. The food quality and variety at all meals were average and did not meet the expectations set by the Country Inn association. Most importantly, despite multiple requests, we never received our bill at checkout due to a server issue, and it has not been sent since, even though payments were made online. We originally planned to stay two nights but left after one due to these issues. This is particularly disappointing as we expected the standards associated with Country Inn. I urge the Country Inn Group management to take this complaint seriously, investigate the resort's condition and management, address cleanliness and facility issues, explain the lack of hot water and working TV, provide our pending invoice immediately, and take corrective measures to prevent similar experiences for future guests. I am attaching photos as evidence of the conditions we faced. Based on this stay, I cannot recommend this resort and hope the management acts promptly to protect the Country Inn brand's reputation. I await a proper response and corrective action.

The rooms were spotless, the buffet offered a wide range of delicious Indian dishes, and the staff were very helpful and courteous. I would highly suggest this place if you're going to Corbett. Many thanks for the excellent hospitality.
