Bel-La Monde Hotel "Riverside" - Jim Corbett

We have traveled with a 7 month baby and we booked this room at ~10000 per night + taxes 1. The hygiene is extremely poor in room. Sofa bed and chair upholstery had big stains and dust 2. There is lizard potty on wall at multiple places 3. For the rate at which they are selling this room there were zero amenities- no iron box, no minibar, no extra towels 4.Not sure if there is a spa because no one is offering nor they have placed its details in room 5. Fridge abd AC look decade old and are dented 6. Wifi poor7. Staff is polite and well groomed however not proactive 8. Breakfast service extremely slow and out of limited items ordered we had to follow up9. Pool extremely dirty, no attendant nor a towel stack no one to help if towels are over 10. Washroom next to pool are horrible..shower dont work properly no warm water abd very dirty 11. No cushion on pool day beds just metal recliners 12. Food is decent both in price and taste Overall not really finding it worth the amount spent for 3 nights

I really enjoyed my time at Bel-La Monde Riverside! Being situated by the river made for a calm and soothing environment. The pool was spotless and well-kept, ideal for hanging out with loved ones. A standout feature was the lovely night illumination around the resort, adding a charming atmosphere after dark. The staff were polite, the rooms cozy, and the whole stay was very enjoyable. I would certainly suggest this resort to visitors of Jim Corbett and look forward to returning.

Stunning resort with beautiful rooms and fantastic food and service. The location is simply amazing and very picturesque. The staff were incredibly friendly and efficient. My pet enjoyed the stay as well, and the staff took great care of them. Absolutely loved it and will definitely return soon.

We reserved 5 cottages; the rooms were acceptable in quality, but water was seeping inside both the room and bathroom through the windows. The room lighting was very dim. Service was terrible, as even a simple tawa roti took nearly an hour to arrive. The staff appeared unfriendly, unwelcoming, and indifferent. Considering the room rent exceeding 9000, there are many superior choices and branded hotel chains offering premium service along with clean, tidy, and hygienic rooms.
