Disappointing Hotel Stay

My experience was disappointing. The service was lacking and the staff were not very attentive to guests. They did not offer adequate help to elderly guests. Room service was slow and the rooms had an unpleasant odor. The area near the room was untidy with leaves and dust on the balcony. Overall, it was a poor experience. The TV did not work during my entire stay and there was seepage on the room walls. The floor was dirty and the washroom had a strong bad smell. The only positive aspect was the location.
