’ Minus 5/5Absolutely the worst resort experience we have ever had in Jim Corbett.We had originally booked a 2-day stay, but after seeing the actual condition of the property, we cancelled the second day and checked out early.The rooms were in a very poor condition, and the bathrooms were even worse. Tiles were covered with algae and grime, dust and dirt had accumulated in multiple areas, and overall cleanliness was far below acceptable standards. The outdoor sit-out area was also poorly maintained and looked neglected.The swimming pool raised serious safety concerns. The depth ranges from approximately 4'11" to 6 feet, yet there were no visible safety arrangements or lifesaving equipment. The kids' pool area was broken, dirty, and completely unfit for use.The food was average at best, but the prices were unbelievably high. Compared to other resorts in Jim Corbett, they charge almost double or triple for food without offering matching quality, service, or experience.We have stayed at several resorts in Jim Corbett over the years, but this is by far the most poorly maintained and overpriced property we have ever encountered. The reality of the resort is nowhere close to the expectations created by its photos and marketing.Poor cleanliness, poor maintenance, poor value for money, and serious safety concerns.Would not recommend this resort to anyone. Save your money and choose another property. Extremely disappointing experience.

The hotel rooms are good, spacious. But not maintained well in terms of facilities. Pool table was there but stick was broken. Carrom board is there but playing coins were missing. Only swimming pool is very nice. Hotel breakfast is average. Food is also fine. No other playing field in hotel due to space limitation.

Rooms are not a resort worthy. Its a 1.5 star hotel. Calling it resort is a shame. Food is fine but rooms and washrooms are worst. They often steal things from rooms. They stole my shoes. Who, i don't know but they went missing the next day I checked in. Room service is pathetic. They clean the room but put the dirt at one side in room itself. Washrooms are pathetic, full of spider webs, flush not working, shower not working. I will never recommend this resort to anyone going especially from Delhi as it can spoil the mood and the weekend.

This hotel is with old Ambience and Furniture. We had an Dinner also but the food quality and no of items are too less.Those who are coming for safari, if they have not booked Dhikala Range Safari, than they should not visit Corbett.There are minimal chances to Spot tiger in other ranges. Pls note, Tiger is by nature is very shy animal and if there is less number in perticular range than there will not be possible to spot.
