Disappointing Family Stay

There was no buffet. When we asked about it, they were just putting food on the table. When we requested more, the waiters just smiled at each other. Also, they charged extra at checkout, taking a total of 6000 more because we had children in the room. They said children were not included, even though we were told lunch was included, but we did not get lunch. After charging extra for one child, they did not provide an extra bed.
