1. We arrived there and were shocked that there were bugs at the lobby.2.there were no one there in the reception and we waited a good 20 mins.3. When that receptionist arrived he told us the lift is not working and we have to carry our luggages by our self to the 2nd floor. We went there with old people. They don’t have any staff to help with carrying the luggages up.4. Despite being told that we need to carry the luggages all by ourselves up we went to inspect the room to see if its worth the hassle as bugs were flying here and there. The moment we stepped in the room, the electricity went off. We had to wait for 15 mins for it too return. 5. When we enquired if this electricity cut off is occasional, they informed that it happens frequently.6. Also they are mens gambling at the first floor. Such ridiculous stay.We decided to leave the property without checking in and had to book another hotel. However, its so disappointing that despite we told all the above they only agreed to return a 50% deposit. 100% NOT recommended to anyone who wants to have a peacefully stay.
I paid about ₹3,000 for this room, but it definitely did not justify the cost. The room was in terrible shape, with dirty walls covered in stains and marks, and the overall cleanliness was very poor. The bathroom appeared unhygienic, featuring broken tiles, sloppy finishing around the taps, stains near the toilet, and clear signs of neglect. The wash basin area also seemed uncared for. The wardrobe shelves were dusty and filthy, making them unsuitable for storing clothes. Common areas were messy, with cleaning tools left out in the open, making the place look untidy. Food trays were even left in the hallway, which is unacceptable. The room felt old and badly maintained, lacking basic cleanliness and upkeep. For the price, I expected a clean, comfortable, and well-kept room, but this place failed on every front. I wouldn't recommend staying here unless significant improvements are made. At ₹3,000 per night, this room is not worth it, especially when there are better options within the same budget.
