Couple • India • Sep 2026I booked the hotel, I searching 1 hours only hotel location, but hotel location not found or wrong location. As well property owner contact also wrong. After I called to customer care, they share me onwer contact but that time share location by owner, this location is different. But not used that time situation I frustrated, booked another hotel. I try to refund amount but accept by owner. So ok for that, I really not happy this situation.
Service is not good, cleanliness is not maintained, and the response is poor.
