This place is great with an amazing pool view, rating it 10/10. The owner's behavior is also 10/10. However, the food quality is not good and needs improvement. The location is high class with a very peaceful vibe.

The hospitality industry requires politeness and humility. Here's my review to consider before deciding on this property. The food was tasty, though a bit spicy, but acceptable. The management was mediocre. We had to chase them until almost 10 PM to get extra mattresses for our 4 rooms, and even then, only 2 rooms received them. The pool was dirty with bugs and leaves floating around. Still, we swam for a while since we had paid for it and doubted they would clean it as part of their duties. We placed our food order around 7:15 PM, were told it would be ready by 8:15 PM, but it arrived around 9:20 PM. The taste was good, which somewhat compensated for the delay. The AC wasn't working due to no electricity and no generator backup. They did inform us about this in advance, which I appreciated. However, they failed to mention the room lacked ventilation—no AC, no proper window—so it felt more like a survival test than a hotel stay. Parking was troublesome. We received three reminders about parking due to limited space. No one guided us on arrival, but while we enjoyed the pool, staff approached us three times asking to move the car. Strange priorities! Overall, it felt like they were doing us a favor by letting us stay. The focus seemed more on making money than enhancing guest experience. Very little courtesy. Hospitality should make guests feel welcome, not like a burden.
