Craft Hostels

Had a wonderful experience at Crafts Hostel. The rooms were tidy and clean, with a calm atmosphere. A great spot to stay, especially recommended for solo travelers.

My sister and I spent four days here and it was the most amazing experience! The location is perfect, right in the heart of everything. The hospitality was excellent, especially Abhishek the manager, who was very helpful and enjoyable to chat with. The rooms were very comfortable! We met many people from various parts of the country and the world. We definitely want to return and can't imagine staying anywhere else in Goa now.

My stay at Craft Hostel, Anjuna was quite disappointing. I reserved a private room, but the air conditioning was not functioning. When I reported this to the manager, Abhishek Singh, he said it would take some time for the room to cool down. Despite waiting about 1.5 hours with the AC set to 18°C, the room stayed hot. They moved us to a different room eventually, but the AC problem persisted. Additionally, we were charged extra for the new room even though the issue was the hostel's fault. The customer service was very poor, and the manager was unhelpful and dismissive. There was no real attempt to fix the problem or compensate for the trouble. The rooms are also much smaller than they look in the pictures, with barely enough space for one bag and limited room to move around. Overall, my experience was very unsatisfactory, and I wouldn't recommend this hostel if you want comfortable rooms, good service, or accurate room descriptions.

Great value for the cost

Very welcoming hostel with a very helpful and friendly manager! Looking forward to visiting again someday :)
