The place is exceptional, if you are looking for peace and tranquility, CLH will be a perfect choice. We choose a lakeside view room , the room was spacious, clean and hygienic. Washrooms were also good. The people managing this property take good care about cleanliness of rooms and surrounding areas. Breakfast was good too. The only drawback I found is that we were far from allepey town and marari beachside (18-20 kms in opposite directions). But the view from the property compensated for that.The property also provide houseboat facility, and there is nearby areas which gives the jetty, speed boat rides (didn't opt for any of that as you would find cheaper and better alternatives in allepey backwaters)..

Totally enjoyed both in the houseboat and the resort property.... We had booked the houseboat for 1 night, 2 days, all the day long we were in the boat, sailing in the Alappuzha, Alleppey backwaters.... We were welcomed in the boat with refreshment drink, then we enjoyed the view from the top of the boat, had an awesome kerala cuisine.. at evening we enjoyed in the resort... It was a awww experience for me... Thank you Cyrus, for making our experience so good in Alleppey

The resort is nice and very clean, with a truly fantastic location right behind the backwaters. The service and food quality are average. We stayed in the houseboat, which looked appealing in the pictures but was somewhat old and rusty in reality. However, the houseboat stay itself was a very good and memorable experience. Overall, I would recommend this resort both for a comfortable stay and for the houseboat experience.
