The room was okay, and the other staff members were very cooperative and friendly.However, I was disappointed with the receptionist’s behavior. He asked too many personal questions that were not related to the check-in process, such as where I work, my salary, and my profession, even after we had provided valid ID proof. The questioning felt unnecessary and uncomfortable, and some of the comments came across as sarcastic.For a hotel of this standard, I expected a more professional and respectful check-in experience.The package cost ’1,300. I don’t mind paying that amount, but considering the condition and quality of the room, I felt it was overpriced.I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves the customer experience, especially at the reception.This version is factual, professional, and more likely to be taken seriously by the hotel management and other readers.
