What truly stood out was the outstanding hospitality from Mr. Himanshu Thakur, the Manager. He was very polite, professional, and always ready to help ensure guests' comfort. From an easy check-in to personalized support during our stay, his careful attention and friendly demeanor made us feel right at home. The whole staff was courteous, quick, and committed to great service. I strongly suggest Hotel Devas Retreat for anyone traveling to Joshimath or Auli. Our stay at Hotel Devas Retreat, Joshimath was truly delightful. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was outstanding. The whole staff was very patient, helpful, and always ready to assist with a friendly smile, making us feel very welcome throughout our visit. Special appreciation goes to Himanshu, the main attendant, for his exceptional service and constant support. He made sure everything was comfortable for us and went the extra mile. We also want to thank Arush and the always cheerful Sahil for their kindness, quick help, and warm attitude. Their commitment and sincere care made our stay even more special.
