I stayed at Deventure Hotel Karnal only for a peaceful night's sleep after a long and hectic day, but it turned out to be a disappointing experience.Throughout the night, the room lights and AC kept switching on and off every 10’15 minutes with a loud clicking sound, making it impossible to sleep. I informed the reception, but despite their assurance, nothing was done. The bathroom was another issue’the shower provided either freezing cold water or extremely hot water, with no proper temperature control.Overall, the property appears to be poorly maintained, and the management seems to have lost focus on guest comfort. I wish I had paid attention to the earlier Google reviews before booking.

I booked a stay at Deventure Hotel Karnal just to get a quiet night's rest after a tiring day, but it ended up being quite disappointing. The room's lights and AC kept turning on and off every 10 to 15 minutes, accompanied by a loud clicking noise, which made sleeping impossible. I reported this to reception, but despite their promises, no action was taken. The bathroom was problematic too—the shower water was either freezing cold or scalding hot, with no way to adjust the temperature properly. Overall, the hotel seems poorly maintained, and the management doesn't seem focused on guest comfort. I regret not checking earlier Google reviews before booking.

Dear Management, I am compelled to inform you about the terrible and unacceptable experience I endured during my recent stay at M Devventure Hotel, Karnal. I reserved a Deluxe Room at a high price of ₹5,200, anticipating standard comfort and basic facilities. Unfortunately, my stay was a disaster due to your service failures: the room's electricity kept tripping, and the AC failed to cool, with the compressor repeatedly shutting off. In nearly 50°C heat, the room became unbearably hot, and even the tap water was boiling for over an hour, causing severe suffocation and breathing problems. My health has worsened due to the extreme heat and poor ventilation. Paying ₹5,200 for a room lacking basic ventilation and a working AC is a total rip-off; even a ₹1,500 local room is more reliable. This shows gross negligence and poor upkeep by the hotel, directly harming my health. I request a formal apology for this distress and a significant refund since the promised services were not delivered. If unresolved, I will escalate this to the Consumer Forum and share my experience on major travel sites to caution others. I await your prompt reply. Sincerely, Amit Kumar

There were spiders in the bathroom and bugs emerging from the tissue dispenser. We stayed here for a wedding, but the bathrooms were not clean at all. The lock on the second toilet was broken. The area felt too cold. Overall, it was disgusting and revolting. The bathroom was tiny and had a strange smell. The cleaners didn't do any cleaning. The chairs were dirty, and the music was cheap. Absolutely awful experience.
