☆☆☆☆☆ (0/5)One of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had.The staff, management, and overall arrangements were absolutely disgusting. The buffet dinner was set up in a closed hall where the hotel allowed a large corporate group to drink, smoke, and blast music at an unbearable volume. Despite repeated complaints, the staff admitted this was not even their policy, yet said they "couldn't do anything" because it was a big group. We had a 2-year-old child with us and were forced to finish our dinner in a noisy, cigarette-filled environment.The double standards were unbelievable. When we requested to keep our child's milk in the fridge, they refused, saying "outside food is against our policy."Breakfast was just as disappointing. The reception had assured us the previous day that we could have eggs prepared any way we wanted. The next morning, when we asked for an omelette, they went back on their word and told us to order it separately.The hotel itself was poorly maintained: dirty lobbies, an extremely filthy swimming pool, and even the tap water stopped running in our room.To make matters worse, facilities advertised by the hotel simply didn't exist. They claimed to provide a hair dryer and iron, but the staff said they didn't have either. The so-called third bed was only a mattress on the floor, and even after asking countless times for a blanket, they only brought a blanket cover.This was a terrible stay from start to finish. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone, especially families with young children.
It's a nice resort but somewhat pricey relative to the services offered. There are no indoor games available. They often say the items are already taken by someone else.

Solo Traveller • Aug 2026The property is gorgeous, offering breathtaking mountain views. It's an ideal spot to enjoy with family or friends. The staff delivers great service, the food tastes wonderful, and the free breakfast is unlimited, which is a nice perk. However, as noted, the swimming pool is not clean.
