The room was nice.

As it was my first visit to Palani, I found this residency through Agoda and booked it at a fair price. It's also close to the Palani temple. Traveling alone, I learned there are rules about accommodating solo guests in Palani. The owner and Ramesh anna spoke with me kindly, explained everything, and helped me feel at ease during my stay. There is no elevator, so if you're traveling with elderly people who can't manage stairs, request a ground floor room early on. They are sincere about your needs and respond well. Overall, this is a great place for visitors to stay in Palani.

The staff were uncooperative with customers and did not provide drinking water. Their behavior was very rude.

A pleasant hotel to stay at in Palani. The room was comfortable and suitably sized for solo travelers or couples. It was bright and well-lit, thanks to a large window. The hotel is within walking distance of the temple foothill. You avoid the temple traffic when arriving or leaving, which is a big plus. All necessary amenities were available to ensure a comfortable stay. Bottled water was provided, and canned water was available if needed throughout the stay. The receptionist, Mr. Madurai Veeran, was very kind and helpful in assisting with anything required before occupying the room. Parking was available outside the hotel on the street. Overall, it offers good value for the price.

The room we selected feels like a makeshift structure. Not everyone was happy staying there, and it was overpriced. I would not recommend staying here to others.
