Hotel it's not clean at all , towels are filled with blackheads , breakfast is worst , dining area is messed up ,lifts are very slow , people keep waiting for lifts , rooms are not well maintained . Overall for the same price or less there is 5 star facility hotels in Calicut . I will never suggest this to any one .

I was extremely disappointed with the overall standards of hygiene, food safety, and service.The room itself had cockroaches, an unpleasant smell, and unclean/smelly bedsheets. The food and hygiene standards were equally concerning. The room-service food was delivered without proper covering, while the buffet food was kept open and exposed for hours. Even the breakfast buffet food was cold and left uncovered for long periods.I raised these concerns with the FO Manager, but I was told that the matter was not under his purview and that I should speak to the F&B Manager. Since the concerns were related to the overall hotel standards, I eventually requested to speak to the General Manager and personally raised the complaint with him as well.Unfortunately, despite escalating the matter to the General Manager, there was still no noticeable improvement.For a hotel claiming to be in the 5-star category, these standards are simply unacceptable. Basic hygiene, food safety, cleanliness, and proper food handling should be non-negotiable, regardless of the hotel's rating.Based on my experience, this hotel does not currently live up to the standards I would expect from a 5-star property. I hope the management takes these concerns seriously and makes meaningful improvements rather than simply treating them as individual complaints.
