Don’t go for swimming pool. They don’t spend on maintenance of pool. But they don’t remove swimming pool from their available itinerary. They ask customers to use swimming pool at own risk.
I booked the hotel only for the pool but after reaching the property the pool is under maintenance. The Agoda page and hotel staff didn’t mention the pool is under maintenance. Don’t book your stays using Agoda this app doesn’t even have customer care number to call or address the issue. This hotel building is old and the in house service takes hours to provide even crockery. There don’t have any channels paid to watch TV. If you are travelling with any kids this property is terrible.
Stay was eventful with the room door lock getting blocked and not detecting any keycards. Had to be sorted out by the engineering department while me and family stay out stuck.
