Very unprofessional and disrespectful staff at check in counter. I went with my wife who had mehndi in hands, mangal sutra and sindoor everything as were newly married. Yet person at reception asked for wedding pics. He was not yet satisfied and he asked for wedding invitation. Hotel did not asked just to view it, they told me to send it on WhatsApp and it's matter of privacy. Further we left room with little bit of colour left on bedsheet because of new clothes. Receptionist told us that bedsheet is completely damaged. Le literally asked his manager on call in front of me that unn dono ko chodd dun? I would have slapped him foe saying this but I don't want to spoil the moment because I was newly married. Worst experience ever. Receptionist needs to get trained as much as possible.
