I arrived at the hotel at 11:30 PM on 24.07.2026 while traveling from Ongole. Unfortunately, I had reached my phone pay limit for the day. I asked the reception in charge for a room and promised to pay the full amount at checkout. I was willing to show my job ID card, but he refused. After midnight, I paid the full amount plus an extra 500/- as a security deposit, then he allowed me into the hotel. I have stayed at many hotels but never had such a bad experience. The room cleaning was poor, and the bed sheets and towels were not clean.
