The same level of hospitality should be kept inside the rooms as well. The maintenance was not great but acceptable for a one-night stay. Complimentary breakfast was offered from 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM. The dining area was comfortable but still needs better upkeep.

We recently stayed at Sign Regency Hotel in Kurnool with our family of four. We booked a suite that was spacious enough for us, featuring a separate room with a TV, sofa, and AC. The bed was queen-sized, so they provided an extra bed for the kids. The room and AC were satisfactory, though the pillows were not very comfortable. We chose the room with breakfast included, served from 8 AM to 10 AM in the hotel restaurant. The restaurant appeared clean at first, but by the end of breakfast, we noticed some cockroaches, which was disappointing. Breakfast offered juice, tea, coffee, and a variety of South Indian dishes like idli, vada, uttapam, and pongal with sambar, peanut chutney, and spicy tomato chutney. The pongal and vada were good, but the idli and uttapam were not up to the mark. The coffee tasted good but was not served very hot. Cornflakes were available but left open, and there was no honey provided. Bottled water had to be bought separately since only open water was available. We also had dinner at the hotel, and thankfully, the vegetarian food was quite good. We ordered starters, paneer butter masala, pulkas, pulao, and biryani, and overall, everything was tasty. The standout dishes were the paneer tikka, crispy baby corn, and dragon paneer, which complemented the meal well. Dinner was a much better experience than breakfast. Another letdown was the Wi-Fi service, which was unreliable throughout our stay, something unexpected at this price point. We faced an issue with the room key card after the first day; it stopped working, and we had to contact reception to fix it. More than the problem itself, I was unhappy with how the staff handled the situation. A more polite and helpful approach would have improved the experience. The reception area has a sofa and conveniently located washrooms. Parking is available in the cellar, but there is no lift access from the parking to the hotel, which can be inconvenient when traveling with luggage or kids. Parking space is also limited. The hotel is situated right next to Kurnool's main street, making city access easy. Overall, the suite was comfortable and the location convenient. Dinner was a pleasant surprise with good vegetarian options. However, considering the price (4700/- per day) and the hotel's 3-star rating, several areas need improvement, especially Wi-Fi, breakfast hygiene, parking convenience, and guest service. In summary, it's a decent choice for a short family stay with good dinner options, but I expected a more refined experience at this price.

The staff is friendly, the rooms are well kept, and the bathrooms are clean and tidy. Complimentary breakfast is included with the economical price. This is arguably the best hotel in Kurnool.
