Triguna Clarks Inn, Kurnool

Stayed for 2 days with family in #308..Room was OK with bathroom an anti climax. The wash basin was for kids and no place to keep toiletries..Service is good and they have nice restaurant with great tasting food.Location of the hotel is just OK with nothing in walking distance.

Worst Experience at Triguna Clarks Inn, KurnoolI had a very disappointing and unpleasant experience at Triguna Clarks Inn, Kurnool. The washroom was not properly cleaned, and the main door lock was not working properly, which is a serious safety concern.During the night around 2 PM, there was a power cut, and the generator backup was also not functioning properly. When I asked for a water bottle, I was charged an additional amount, which was also disappointing.The staff appeared unprofessional and poorly trained, and the overall service was far below what I expected from a hotel of this standard. Basic cleanliness, safety, power backup, and customer service should be the minimum expectations.I strongly request the management to take immediate action and improve the facilities and staff service. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this hotel unless these issues are properly addressed.

Had a wonderful stay at Triguna Clarks Inn, Kurnool. The hotel is well maintained and offers all the essential amenities for a comfortable stay. The rooms are clean, spacious, and comfortable, making it a great choice for both business and leisure travelers. The food was very good, with a good variety and excellent taste. The staff was polite, courteous, and always ready to assist. I also appreciated the business traveller discount, which adds great value for frequent visitors. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kurnool.

One of the most disappointing hotel experiences I've had.The first surprise was that every room comes with only a queen-size bed. There are no king-size bed options, which is extremely inconvenient for anyone expecting a comfortable and relaxing stay. This is something guests should be clearly informed about before booking.The biggest disappointment, however, was the complete lack of hospitality from the front desk. The receptionist was exceptionally rude and unhelpful. I asked a simple question’whether the hotel had a matchbox. Instead of saying she would check or try to arrange one, I was bluntly told, "No." There was no courtesy, no willingness to help, and absolutely no effort to make a guest feel welcome.Hospitality is not just about providing a room; it's about the attitude of the people representing the hotel. Unfortunately, the staff here seem to have forgotten that basic principle. A receptionist is the face of a hotel, and the behavior I experienced was far below acceptable standards.The management should seriously focus on customer service training because this level of indifference damages the hotel's reputation far more than any issue with the property itself.I certainly wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, warmth, or professional hospitality.
