I book hotel for my friend This is the first time I have ever encountered a hotel that completely ignores guest messages. Because of this shocking neglect, I will never book this hotel again, and I will make sure all my friends switch to other platforms and book different hotels in the future.
Dear Management,I am writing to share some feedback regarding a recent stay. There are two major issues that need your immediate attention:• Inappropriate Staff Behavior: A female friend of mine was asked for her personal phone number by a male staff member during her stay. This is highly unprofessional, disrespectful, and a serious breach of privacy and boundaries. Please cross-train your staff on professional ethics to ensure this does not happen again.• Inconvenient Room Facilities: The single room does not have a private, en-suite shower. Having to use facilities outside the room is highly inconvenient and significantly lowers the comfort of the stay.We chose your hotel expecting a safe and comfortable experience, but this stay was disappointing. It was not a good stay at all. The hotel was going renovation and there were constant noises adding to discomfort. Room was too small, dingy, untidy and one had to struggle in order to reach closet because of design & space constrains. Toiletries weren’t up to mark.
