Please would request everyone not to stay here. Bathroom are stinking water gets choked always and we don't get hot water during the mentioned hours too. The staff are helpful but no point when you don't even get basic facilities.

hotel staff behavior is so bad, no any responsible person in the hotel, no catering service,washbasin toti is chocked, hotel k staff are so quarrelsome, and here, ev vehicle slow charging rate is 60 rs per hour’?overall low grade hotel.we were waste our 2 days in this hotel.

We stayed here for 4 nights and wish we had looked for another place after the first night. While the location is great and the bed was comfortable, the room felt damp and there wasn’t hot water available all the time.Noise was another issue, like you could hear everything, even late into the night, with most of it coming from the reception staff, which made it hard to rest.Breakfast was very basic, which I didn’t mind too much, but it was served quite late. If you have early tours planned, you’ll likely miss breakfast.It’s a real shame coz with proper maintenance, this could have been a nice place to stay in Munnar. Unfortunately, it just wasn’t worth it for us. If you can find other options in Munnar, I’d recommend staying elsewhere.

Last week, I booked a room, and two days before my stay the staff clearly explained the room options and facilities. They also informed me that some rooms are on the ground floor and advised me to choose a room on the 4th floor for a better experience.Unfortunately, due to a personal issue, I had to cancel the booking. However, they immediately initiated the refund process without any delay. I was very impressed with their customer service and professional approach.Thank you to the entire team for the excellent support and customer care.
