Emporium Hotel

Location of the hotel is great. Staff was also good. Only issue was the bathroom. There was no space and the door locks were very difficult to operate.

Our stay at Emporium Hotel was pleasant and comfortable. The hospitality was warm and courteous, with supportive staff throughout our stay. The rooms were neat and well-maintained, and the overall service was satisfactory. The location is also very convenient, with easy access to nearby shops, restaurants, and transport facilities. Overall, it was a good experience.

The rooms in which we stayed are quite big but the bathroom feels very small. While using commode one always has fear of hitting sink as distance between then is hardly 3 inches...Room service is good and very prompt.One main point to note is that if you have done early morning checkin then they will wake you up around 7am and ask you to make that days payment. This attitude needs to be changed as we had planned to stay for 3 days and everyday morning we got call at 7.30 am for making the payment. Also they ask you to vacate before 24 hours, quiet unprofessional and unethical behavior, very disappointing stay here , I least recommend this place to anyone.

Staff was very accommodating and helpful. When we visited the rooms were full and only 1 single room was left. They provided charged extra bed and also helped shift in and out of the room next day into a new double room. Only downside is basement parking is available but not accessible for larger vehicles(7 seaters). Hotel facilities are good and safe place for family to stay.
