Very bad experience at this hotel. I travel frequently for work, but this is one of the worst stays I have had. The hotel does not even provide a free drinking water bottle in the room. They charge ’20 even for a basic mineral water bottle, which should normally be complimentary for guests.It feels like they charge money for every small thing instead of providing basic hospitality. When you stay in a hotel, you expect at least basic facilities, but here even the smallest things are not included.The service is poor and the overall experience was disappointing. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. If you stay here, be ready to pay extra for even the most basic necessities.Overall: Very poor hospitality and not worth the stay

Dear guest please don't visit this hotel, room is very small according to the price ,(2??2day=5100 ) washroom was very waste condition.also room service was very poor ..Above all good rating are there given by there staff . Actually Hotel rating is below 1 .

Worst hotel in agartala. Behavior of the owner is very rude. He does not respect anyone. He acts like a goon. The owner doesn't talk to customers he shouts at them.He is literate with big ego. Don't visit this hotel.

It's under renovation and new construction. But old rooms are not properly maintained. No supply of quilts. The availability of hot water was not there. its tough to stay. Food was O K type

Disappointing Experience

I am staying in this hotel for more than 5yrs. gradually service is down, but this time I am very much disappointed. No generator service is there. Not a single person is there after load shedding. My sleep is totally destroy. I am feeling unwell after 1 hour passed . So, pls. don't go for it. I don't want any other person to suffer.
