Unclean rooms, extra charges and poor hygiene

Hotel had option to refund me partially because i booked the room on wrong date but they deliberately chose to not refund me. I even went to their hotel reception and begged them to cancel or change the date of check in and they said, u cancel from your side and we will approve it but in the end i didnt got even a single rupee refund. I travelled in whole north east for 25 days and this was the worst experience as a traveller and my youtube career. Would never recommend this hotel to any of my friends or subscribers.
