Avoid at all costs! The manager is incredibly rude and single-handedly ruins every guest's stay. We paid a premium for subpar, overpriced rooms. To make matters worse, the service is non-existent, the washrooms are filthy, and the in-room fridges do not work at all. This place deserves zero stars.

The experience was quite poor. The staff's attitude towards customers was toxic, and they seemed unaware of how to value customers or meet their needs. The reception staff was especially bad.

Terrible stay. Avoid this place! There was no cleanliness—the bed was infested with bugs and the bathroom was disgusting. Nothing functioned; both the TV and fridge were out of order. The service was terrible, the rooms cost too much, and the manager is fully to blame for this mess. I give it zero stars.
