Just returned from a 5-night trip with our two children and had a wonderful time. The check-in process was very fast, and the staff provided the kids with welcome activity packs. Our family suite was large, clean, and very cozy. The kids enjoyed many hours in the splash pool, which was carefully monitored by lifeguards, and they loved the kids' club. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of choices, including a fun station at kid height for pancakes and fruit. Every staff member was exceptionally kind and welcoming to the children. Highly recommend for a relaxing family holiday. We will surely come back.

Had a pleasant stay at Hotel City Centre. Its location is ideal, situated in the heart of the town with many tourist attractions in Agartala close by. The food was delicious, and having pure vegetarian choices was an added benefit. The staff were welcoming and always willing to assist. They also offer car services for exploring Tripura. The hotel has a classic vintage atmosphere, and the rates are fair for the quality of service. It's a suitable choice for families and group travelers.
