Capital O 30974 Wild Berry Beach Resort

The property and its location are nice, and the rooms are acceptable. Unfortunately, my experience with the food was quite disappointing. I discovered a hair in my dish, which is unacceptable for a resort. The kitchen's hygiene requires significant improvement. Although the staff apologized, I hope they enhance their food quality and cleanliness to prevent other guests from encountering this problem.

We spent 5 days at Wild Berry Resort and had a generally enjoyable stay. The resort is situated in a lovely area of South Goa, surrounded by greenery and a calm environment. The setting, location, and atmosphere are excellent, making it a great spot to relax and recharge. The staff were courteous and supportive during our visit. The food was very good for the first three days, but the quality and flavor declined in the last two days, likely due to a change in the chef. Our main issue was frequent power outages, which sometimes caused no electricity, AC problems, and even water supply issues in the bathroom. This seems to be a recurring problem, and it was frustrating that management appeared unaware when we brought it up. Breakfast choices were also limited, and having the same menu daily for five days got monotonous. Given the high room rates, the upkeep and service could have been better and more reliable. There is definitely scope for improvement in overall management and guest services. That said, Wild Berry is a beautiful property in a great location. With improved infrastructure, maintenance, and service, it could provide an outstanding experience. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would suggest it to travelers seeking a quiet, nature-filled retreat in South Goa.
