The standout feature of this place is definitely its location. I've been a guest here for 8 years. It's located right on Agonda Beach Road, giving you direct, private access to the beach. Just a 100-meter walk from the back of the property brings you to the shore. Plus, it's centrally located, so cafes, bars, and laundry are all just a few minutes away on foot. The staff and management are very friendly and offer excellent hospitality. They promptly help with travel arrangements like airport transfers and local scooter or bike rentals, often within an hour of arrival.

Unfortunately, the staff were quite rude. We paid in advance and requested confirmation, but they refunded the payment and said no rooms were available. It was shocking that we couldn't even get a confirmation message.
