FabHotel Expressway 135

I spent a day at this hotel and found it enjoyable. The room was tidy, cozy, and properly kept. The employees were courteous and supportive, and the check-in and check-out went without any issues. In general, it was a nice stay, and I would suggest this hotel for a brief trip.

This hotel is dishonest. I reserved two rooms for my clients, Mr. Deep Darshan and Mr. Malasamy, for long stays from April 23 to May 1 (8 nights) and April 23 to May 9 (16 nights), respectively. One guest left after just one night, and the other after three nights because their stay was unpleasant. The AC was not working, breakfast was not served until 10 am, and despite our complaints to management about the poor service, the issues were not properly addressed. They are now insisting on keeping the payment for the unused nights (7 and 13 nights) and say we must either forfeit the money or continue staying in poor conditions. They also refuse to issue a credit note for future stays at other Fab hotels. This feels like extortion and outright theft. It makes me question whether I will ever use FabHotels again for myself or my clients given such cold responses.

The overall experience was excellent, with polite staff, good service, and nice rooms.

The place is pretty good, clean, and the service is pleasant. However, the room's AC was very noisy.

Pleasant experience
