I had to change my hote as this property is pathetic. Total waste of money. Dirty bedsheets, sorty linen. Smell all around

The rooms are fairly maintained given the cost, though some aspects could be better. The beds are very soft and may not suit those who like firmer mattresses. Additionally, there is no power backup, which can be troublesome during outages. The hotel lacks an elevator, so guests on upper floors must use stairs. In summary, FabHotel F9 provides good value for money for short stays or transit, as long as you can accept its basic limitations.

Solo Traveller • Jun 2026Avoid this hotel at all costs. My stay was highly unsatisfactory. I reserved the place via FabHotels and paid half the amount upfront. The room shown during booking was totally different from the one I got. The pictures were deceptive and did not reflect the actual state of the hotel. Upon arrival, the room was filthy and unacceptable, so I chose not to stay. To add insult to injury, FabHotels' customer service was unhelpful and ignored my refund requests. In summary, misleading photos, dirty rooms, and poor support made this a terrible experience. I do not suggest this hotel or the booking process.
