Outstanding, rooms and service are very good

A newly opened hotel offering excellent amenities.

My stay at FabHotel Golden Hitech, Hyderabad was very disappointing. I had prepaid ₹5,244 for a 3-night booking through FabHotels. When my wife and I arrived a bit early, we were asked to pay an extra ₹500 for early check-in, which we agreed to politely. However, the hotel staff then demanded an additional ₹237, claiming FabHotels had paid them less. Even after showing my payment confirmation and invoice from the FabHotels app, they kept arguing with me in front of my wife as if I was at fault. As a customer, I shouldn't have to deal with payment disputes between FabHotels and the hotel. Their behavior was unprofessional, humiliating, and caused me mental stress. Instead of feeling welcomed, I felt embarrassed and guilty for choosing this hotel. Hospitality should make guests feel comfortable and respected, not pressured into payment arguments for amounts already paid online. What upset me more was the poor response and lack of escalation from FabHotels support after I raised this issue. I sincerely hope no other guest has to endure this kind of treatment.

The rooms are pleasant and the ambiance is great for staying.

The location is excellent, and the hospitality here is unmatched in the region. Definitely planning to return and eager to visit once more.
