hotel room was just okay, but the location is extremely bad as it is inside a very narrow lane. The service was very poor, the bed was not clean, and the food quality was terrible. I do not recommend this hotel at all. Please avoid staying here.

Bad service on arrival. They issued my pre paid room to someone else without even calling and talking to me. We were late as we had a delayed road journey from Katmandu to Patna. Bad communication skills. Bad housekeeping. Unclean rooms floors and bed linen. Good breakfast served. No taxi assistance while checking out.
