’ Very Poor Experience ’ Not Recommended at AllMy stay at this property was extremely disappointing due to the lack of basic facilities and very poor hygiene standards. Unfortunately, the condition of the hotel was far below acceptable levels.There was no lift, which made access difficult.The room was dirty and poorly maintained.Although tea and milk sachets were provided, there was no electric kettle for hot water, which felt quite impractical and unprofessional.The bathroom was unhygienic, with visible dirt.No toilet paper was provided.There was no handwash available in the bathroom, which is a basic necessity.There was seepage all over the walls, and the rooms had a strong, unpleasant smell.Alarmingly, there were termites (deemak) visible in the room.The under-sink cabinet door was completely rotten and had fallen off due to termite damage, and termites were clearly visible to the naked eye.Overall, the property lacks basic cleanliness, maintenance, and guest comfort standards. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and will never consider staying here again.

I had a very bad experience at this hotel. The check-in process was smooth, but the room condition was extremely poor. For the price of ’2,000, I expected a much better stay, especially since I could have easily booked another hotel offline for around ’1,000 with cleaner and more comfortable rooms.The pillows were sticky, there was no cleanliness in the rooms, and even after checking 3 different rooms, all were in the same unhygienic condition. To make it worse, there was no geyser available. When I raised this issue with the receptionist, his response was very unprofessional ’ he said, ’Sir, you booked a deluxe room.’This left me wondering, does booking a deluxe room mean staying in a dirty room? By definition, a deluxe room should provide a higher quality experience than a standard room, with better interiors, cleanliness, comfort, and upgraded amenities. Unfortunately, this hotel failed to deliver even the basics.On top of that, the food was overpriced and completely tasteless ’ definitely not worth the money they charge.Overall, this hotel fails both in terms of cleanliness and hospitality, and I do not recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and hygienic stay.

The Hotel ambience and society is not good at all. Therefore I didn't checked-in to the hotel and booked another hotel at some other place. Thanks!
