Excellent hospitality and wonderful staff. Suresh Kumar ji, the coordinator, speaks very politely and is a kind person. Vivek bhai, the chef, prepares tasty food.

We recently stayed at this heritage property and had an overall decent experience. The location is great, right on the main road, and the property is well-kept with a charming heritage feel. The rooms were clean, though some maintenance and repainting could enhance the stay. The staff was courteous and the service was good. However, there were a few drawbacks. Since we had also booked the owner’s property in Mussoorie, we asked if our breakfast could be shifted there as we planned to leave early, but the request was declined, so we had to leave without breakfast because it starts at 8:30 a.m. Also, I called the owner for some information, as only his number was given, but he asked me to call back after 9:00 a.m. It would be more helpful if a manager’s contact was provided for guest support. Overall, it was a comfortable stay, but at ₹4,500 for one night, the experience seemed a bit pricey for the value. After the owner's reply, I want to add: Thank you very much for responding to this review and please take it positively. Yes, our breakfast was included in the 4500 stay, so please note that we had already paid for breakfast. Just to clarify, no issues. We also understand your side. Thank you so much, we will definitely visit again ☺️

Great spot for a family stay, full of charm and warmth. Surrounded by greenery, it feels like living in a haveli. The food service could be quicker and improved.

The location is stunning and the architecture is impressive with its retro design. However, I was quite let down by how the place is managed. They could improve the upkeep of the antiques displayed throughout the hotel and add a bit more variety to the decor.

The property is very beautiful.
