The receptionist’s behavior was very disappointing. She did not know how to properly communicate with or receive guests, and the room was also not up to the expected standard. The staff were not helpful and showed a lot of attitude. Overall, the experience was very unpleasant and needs significant improvement.
The environment and service were excellent.
