Our room had an AC problem never fixed nor changed our room
My experience at Hotel was very, very disappointing. I saw the reviews before booking and, based on them, I booked the hotel for two days. Unfortunately, the actual experience was completely different.The receptionist and several staff members were extremely rude and unhelpful. I called multiple times for assistance with my luggage, but nobody came to help. I also called for coffee/tea, but nobody responded or came to provide the service. The staff seemed very uninterested in helping guests.The cleanliness of the hotel was good, and that is one positive thing I can mention. However, the overall service, staff behavior, and guest experience were extremely poor.The hotel is also quite far from the city, so keep the location in mind before booking.I would strongly recommend that travelers do not book this hotel based only on the online reviews. I personally felt that some of the reviews did not match the actual experience I had. I cannot verify whether reviews are paid, but my experience was completely different from what I expected after reading them.Think carefully before booking. For me, the rude behavior, lack of service, and overall experience made this a very disappointing stay.
