**My Review of ITC Srikanya, Visakhapatnam**My overall experience at ITC Srikanya was disappointing and far below the standards I expected from a property carrying the ITC name / brand.**Areas of Concern:*** No proper lift service.* No bellboy assistance from the parking area to the lobby, which is located on the first floor.* Corridors had a strong cigarette smell, with cigarette butts visible in some areas.* Rooms did not have carpets.* Washrooms had leakage issues.* The Executive Suite had no outside ventilation, making the room feel very suffocating and uncomfortable.* No emergency way lighting in case of any emergency or fire hazard.* AC control panels were not functioning properly.* The extra bed provided was almost at floor level and uncomfortable.* No dinner buffet was available at night.* The property does not reflect the quality and standards generally associated with the ITC brand.* During checkout, there appeared to be significant emphasis on obtaining positive feedback and 5/5 ratings rather than addressing guest concerns.**Staff Appreciation:**Despite the shortcomings, a few staff members made genuine efforts to improve our stay:* **Durga (Hospitality Services):** Excellent service and support ’ **5/5**.* **Naresh (Restaurant Head):** Tried his best to manage operations despite limited serving staff. Service was delayed at times, and on one occasion the white rice served appeared to be from the morning batch ’ **3/5**.* **Govind (Front Desk):** Took feedback before checkout and introduced me to the Chief Engineer regarding some of the issues raised.Unfortunately, when the main door latch came out and tore my Ralph Lauren shirt, the response was limited to a casual apology without any serious concern or resolution.**Final Rating:*** Property & Facilities: **1/5*** Staff Effort (selected individuals): Appreciated* Overall Experience: **1/5**I hope the management takes guest feedback seriously and focuses on improving infrastructure, maintenance, cleanliness, and service standards to better align with the expectations associated with the ITC brand.

After watching insta reels of Teeram.. today visited teeram restaurant’ Ambiance is good’ But Taste of the FOOD worst’ I never saw such a restaurant in Vizag ’ Tastless food ’ we asked Manager regarding this’ He is TOO arrogant’ He says if you want eat this otherwise just leave the restaurant’ his behaviour is too worst ’ He gave grave instead of soup ’ and says simply eat otherwise just leave ’ even today is Sunday’only 15 customers r there’ I felt very sad ’. Please take care while you visit Fortune Inn in Vizag ’ ’’??

We stayed at Fortune Inn Sreekanya from 23rd to 27th January 2026, and overall it was a good experience. The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, and the staff was courteous and helpful throughout our stay.The in-house restaurant was good, though the food was a bit expensive. On one of the days, the cooking wasn’t up to the mark. The complimentary breakfast was definitely a highlight ’ it had good variety and tasted nice, with enough options to suit different preferences.Overall, a pleasant and comfortable stay. Would consider staying again.

Fortune Inn has always been a familiar place for me ’ I’ve been visiting since childhood. The food has generally been good, especially the buffet, although it has been a while since I last tried it. The rooms have been upgraded recently, and the renovated ones are decent and comfortable. However, the older rooms are still not in great condition and feel outdated. Overall, it’s a good place mainly for the food, but it’s better to choose the upgraded rooms.

We hosted a wedding reception at the Pearl Hall on the fifth floor of Fortune Inn Sree Kanya, and the experience was truly memorable. The food was excellent, especially the non-vegetarian dishes, which were fresh, flavorful, and appreciated by every guest. The service team deserves special mention for their warm hospitality and attentive support throughout the event. They ensured that everything ran smoothly, from guest seating to timely food service, which allowed us to enjoy the evening without any concerns. The hall was well maintained, and the overall ambiance created a pleasant setting for our celebration.I am genuinely pleased with how well the entire event was handled. Fortune Inn Sree Kanya proved to be a dependable choice for an important family occasion, and I would confidently recommend it to anyone looking for a well-managed venue in Visakhapatnam.Special Shoutout Sandhya, Ranjan, Harini and Chef Chinna - Mind Blowing service and attention to detail worth every penny spent.
