It's a shame that like you a prominent company doesn't have a customer care to support immediately when customer needs.Even I raised few requests in your app but till now not got any response sorry I lost trust on your company.Not expecting anything at this point so not adding photos.Thanks

One of the worst experiences I have had till now.There were no clean toilets, and the jet spray was not working properly, which made it very uncomfortable and unhygienic.The overall maintenance was extremely poor and disappointing.The staff did not seem concerned about cleanliness or basic facilities.I would not recommend this place to anyone expecting even basic hygiene standards.A lot of improvement is needed to make it acceptable for visitors.

Maintenance is poor, no basic eminities like Hot water, TV etc... cleanliness & Hygeine lacking, full of cigarette smell in corridors & parking...Staff behaviour is better

I couldn't stay at this property because it did not meet the basic hygiene standard. Bed sheets and pillow covers looked like it has been not changed in many days. One particular room had faulty bathroom lights.

This is one of the worst possible stay in my life. Horribly dirty. Housekeeping ladies had to be paid to be broomed, the mop used was the dirtiest. Bed sheets and towels were possibly not cleaned for months’. No words to describe further. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to use Oyo properties, it seems they don’t have a standard checklist to enlist in to their network. Thankfully the AC was working, the only saving grace’’’??
