AMAZING😍
Rooms could have been better , hospitality could have been way better when ITC BRAND is in use. We have stayed in ITC properties before in comparison to that stay was not as per standards here. Pool was off for renovation and that was informed prior as well. We had a 3 night stay not very happy with the overall experience.

Solo Traveller • May 2026I recently stayed at ITC WelcomHeritage Glenburn Kalimpong for 3 days with my family. The property undoubtedly has some wonderful aspects ’ the view is beautiful, the lawn and surrounding environment are peaceful and well maintained, and the staff members were consistently polite, warm, and helpful throughout our stay. Their hospitality was truly appreciated.However, despite these positives, I honestly did not feel this property delivers a true 5-star experience.We stayed in Room 302, and unfortunately there was a persistent unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom during the entire stay. The bathroom cleanliness and maintenance standards also did not match what one would expect from a luxury hotel.Food was another major disappointment. The breakfast and dinner spreads had very limited options, and the overall quality and presentation felt closer to a 3-star property rather than a premium luxury hotel.Overall, while the location, ambiance, and staff behavior were commendable, the maintenance and dining experience significantly fell short of 5-star expectations. I hope the management takes this feedback constructively and works on improving these important areas.
