I have never stayed in a hotel that was this poorly maintained The Staff & ManagementWhat made a bad situation worse was the hostile and uncooperative staff. When I brought these health concerns to the front desk, I wasn't met with an apology or a solution; I was met with eye-rolls and total indifference.They refused to move me to a clean room.The manager was "unavailable" every time I asked to speak with someone in charge.Their attitude was dismissive, rude, and completely unprofessional Do yourself a favor and stay anywhere else. This hotel is a health code violation waiting to happen, and the staff clearly has no interest in helping their guests. I left feeling gross and completely disrespected.The Most Disgusting PartThe absolute low point was the "complimentary" shaving kit. The packaging was completely sealed, but when I opened it to use the razor, I was horrified to find used hair already stuck in the blades. It is beyond unsanitary; it’s a biohazard. This proves that they are either reusing old toiletries or have zero quality control.
