The room was quite comfortable and had all the necessary amenities I needed during my visit. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. The breakfast was delicious and definitely worth having. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

Really enjoyed my stay! The customer service was outstanding!

We reserved the deluxe room, which was elegant and equipped with all necessary amenities, though it felt somewhat cramped for two people with twin beds. We arrived at night, and the service from the night staff was unsatisfactory—basic bathroom items like shampoo and conditioner were missing. Additionally, there was no food service available during the night, and the same problem occurred in the afternoon when the chef was absent. On the bright side, we enjoyed their breakfast, which was good. The location is decent and fairly easy to reach from the bus stand. Overall, the service was acceptable, but the lack of attention to small details and food availability was disappointing.

Mi familia y yo nos quedamos aquí hace más de un mes por dos semanas y el servicio fue excelente. El personal siempre fue amable y atento. Nos prepararon comida deliciosa durante toda nuestra estancia y realmente nos sentimos como en casa. Las habitaciones estaban limpias y muy cómodas, y si necesitábamos algo, podíamos contactar fácilmente a la recepción y nos ayudaban de inmediato. Cuando mi familia regrese a la ciudad, sin duda nos alojaremos aquí de nuevo, porque sabemos que es un lugar confiable. ¡Gracias, Royal Hotel, por su hospitalidad!
