Everything was flawless, from the stunning property and amazing scenery to the very polite and attentive staff. The restaurant team deserves special praise for their warmth and helpfulness throughout our visit. The breakfast selection was excellent, offering a variety of choices daily. The crispy dosas and flavored yogurts were particularly delightful. The restaurant also provides a fantastic view of the surrounding hills, making breakfast a memorable experience. The property features large, well-kept lawns with breathtaking mountain vistas. Families with kids will appreciate the outdoor areas, including a trampoline and swings. There's also a Barista café in the garden, perfect for coffee enthusiasts. The games room is another great feature, offering carrom, table tennis, and many board games to entertain both children and adults. Our room and bathroom were spacious, comfortable, and very clean. The reception staff were friendly and welcoming. We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade upon arrival and greeted with a lovely Kashmiri Kahwa welcome drink, which was a nice touch. Special thanks to Waseem and Haroon for their excellent and prompt service; their attentiveness enhanced our stay. Overall, this was a stay where everything aligned perfectly: beautiful location, superb hospitality, delicious food, excellent amenities, and stunning views. We give it a perfect 10/10 and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sonamarg!
