Special thanks as well to Chef Prakashji and the entire kitchen staff for the wonderful meals ’ even the Gujarati lunch menu on both days was excellent. Hotel is located at good area. Hotel rooms are small compare to average room size. Cleaning & assecessoris excellent. Service little bit delay & not up to the mark. Food is awesome & delicious.For business trip you can pick this place & good to travel for areas. Facilities are good.

I stayed at Ginger Mumbai Hotel for one day for official purposes. The room tariff was quite high for what was offered. Considering Ginger comes under Tata IHCL, I expected a better standard of hospitality and quality.Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The room was very small with a queen-size bed, there was no floor mat, and the toiletries provided were minimal. The towels in the bathroom appeared old and worn out. There was only a single power plug point, the TV placement was awkward and disproportionate to the room, and there was no cupboard or proper storage space.Overall, the stay felt more like a basic lodge charging a premium price. It was not worth the money paid. I would recommend rethinking before booking this property, as there are better options available nearby. In comparison, even some non-branded hotels offer better service and facilities at a similar or lower price.

Extremely disappointing stay.The cleanliness of the room was unacceptable. The bedding was visibly dirty, with stains that appeared to be blood and had not been properly cleaned. This raised serious concerns about the hotel’s hygiene standards.In addition, the surrounding environment is very unpleasant. There is a cattle farm near the hotel, resulting in a persistent strong smell of manure that significantly affected the overall comfort of the stay.The most frustrating issue was the room key card system. Throughout the stay, the key card frequently became deactivated, almost on a daily basis. After a long day, being unable to access the room and having to repeatedly go back to the front desk to have the card reactivated was extremely inconvenient and exhausting.Overall, the hotel falls far below acceptable standards in terms of cleanliness, environment, and basic management. Considering the price, this experience was not worth it. I would not recommend this hotel and will not be staying here again.
