I had a good stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean and well-maintained. The overall hospitality was excellent. The staff was courteous, always willing to assist guests with a smile.A special mention goes to Mr. Pravesh, who made the stay even more pleasant. He is extremely cooperative, friendly and respectful. He is always available to help and goes out of his way to ensure that guests are comfortable and well taken care of. Stayed at Pinaki Comfort Stay Hotel & Apartments and had a good overall experience for the reasonable price they offer. The setup is different from a regular hotel, as it is basically a 3 BHK flat where guests get a private room with an attached washroom, while the hall area is common for all guests.The rooms were clean, comfortable, and properly maintained with all basic amenities available. There is also a reception counter for assistance, and the overall management was smooth and organized.The property has its own kitchen/restaurant service, but food availability depends on timing, so it’s better to check in advance. Guests can also easily order food from delivery apps. The service staff member was very polite, helpful, and respectful throughout the stay, which made the experience better.Another advantage is the location, which is convenient and easily accessible. Overall, it is a good option for people looking for a peaceful, comfortable, and budget-friendly stay with decent service and proper facilities.

It’s rare to come across someone so genuinely caring and attentive.Overall, everything’from the cleanliness of the rooms to the excellent service’was perfect. I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay.But the security guard was not understanding .

We had an amazing stay experience at the property. It is located at prime location which makes it accessible through all means of communication and transport. The rooms , common areas , kitchen and washrooms were really well maintained and the staff was also really friendly and always asking if everything was okay. The hostess was really professional and always responded almost immediately whenever we had any queries. The caretaker of the property Mr. Dileep was super nice and helped us in all possible ways. He made the stay at the property absolutely comfortable. 10/10 recommended if you’re travelling to Mumbai with friends or family.
