Mumbai House Luxury Apartment

The place is located close to Santacruz station but is on the inroads. While the accomodation itself is fine, the biggest and most concerning issue was the presence of cockroaches. Every room had them in some number but the kitchen and living room we're riddled with them. So much so that even sitting on the sofa outside would cause them to come out. We couldn't even leave bags high up on the table because cockroaches of all sizes would end up on them. So forget about leaving any eatables exposed. I think the reason is poor pest control and since they do not provide room service, you are at the mercy of previous guests who may or may not have maintained enough hygiene so as to keep the roach population suppressed. The staff are polite and helpful but there isn't much they can do in this regard. We ended up having all our meals outside and avoided ordering food to the room altogether. Very disappointed with the stay here especially since we've stayed at Mumbai House Andheri before and the experience was quite the opposite. Having a child along compounded the issue as they couldn't move freely between rooms for fear of running into the cockroaches. Definitely not worth the money paid for the rooms and I wish that I could've gotten my money back. The only good thing is the view that lets you watch flights take off every few mins due to its proximity to the airport. Would not recommend until they've got rid of the roaches.

Very good services, hotel staffs are very friendly and cooperative. We got a very good spacious room. It's close to Santa Cruz metro and Santa Cruz railway station and airport also nearby. Everything is accessible in this area. It was a good time here.

I stayed with my friend here. This is a very luxury apartment that they have turned it to a hotel. We stayed in 1 bhk apartment, it is very spacious and their service was also very good. It is also close to airport and accessible via metro. So i would definitely recommend this place to everyone
